On the way to the reception we stopped at the fountain in Vander Veer botanical park for some more stunning pics.

Jessica was nice enough to provide these images to me so I could put them in a slide show to be played at the reception.  It tells the story of them and their relationship up to this point in their lives.

James and Meagan were married on a beautiful summer day in West Liberty at the Secrest Octagonal Barn.   What a fantastic place for a wedding!  Everything was so unique and fresh,  and it really had that heartland Iowa feel.   The wedding was photographed by Kevin Kamp of Elite Photography with my good friend Mike Nickell as the second shooter.  I would have loved to have been there but was hit by a car the week before while riding my bike in RAGBRAI.  Thanks Kevin and Mike for stepping in and providing some fantastic coverage for this wonderful couple!
